A’Ibom: Accord Party Candidate, Aniefiok Nsa Finally Congratulates Umo Eno, Itoro Etim
The ACCORD Party Candidate for Uruan State Constituency, Hon. Aniefiok Eyo Nsa has congratulated Hon. Itoro Etim, Ph.D, the PDP Candidate for emerging winner of the just concluded State Assembly polls and subsequent reception of the Certificate of Return from the INEC, to represent the good people of Uruan Inyang Atakpo in Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Naija News House reports.
Hon. Nsa who spoke with Journalists In Uyo said that election is not a war and should not be seen or rated as such. Mr. Nsa urged other candidates to join hands with Itoro Etim to give the constituency an effective representation. Mr. Aniefiok Nsa is quoted as say, “I had made the best of my preparations toward the election, but I think my best and that of every other candidates was not good enough. That is why I congratulate her and the PDP”.
The Accord candidate while urging the winner, Dr. Etim not to see the winning as a call to service for the PDP only, but to see it as a call to service for the people of Uruan and Akwa Ibom in general respectively; she should always remember that “to whom much is given, much is also expected”. In the same strain, he congratulates Pastor Umo Bassey Eno as the Governor – Elect, Akwa Ibom State and expresses gratitude to him for promising to run an all-inclusive governance in the State.
He further commended the INEC for improving upon their responsibility and recommended that next election, the electoral umpire should ensure electronic voting.
