Pastor’s Wife Rains Curses On Members Over Birthday’s Gifts
Cecilia, A pastor’s wife identified has shocked the Christendom and the world as she rained curses on members of the congregation for failing to contribute to her birthday celebration, declaring that God will punish them.
It reports that the act was contained in a video footage which has gone viral where she also called them ingrates and wicked people lamenting that some of the members, who refused to donate towards her birthday celebration, had been ones disturbing her with prayer requests and often got financial support from her.
“Even my birthday, some of you refused to contribute. May God punish you. You are wicked. Except you don’t have. I stand here, I preach and some of you come to my office to disturb me with prayers’, she stated
“You give money for us to celebrate pastor and it’s not like I’m coming to eat the money, it’s for food that you’re coming to eat yourself. Some of you eat like pigs and carry takeaway. So if you’re sitting here and you cannot pay something towards your pastor’s celebration or pastor’s whatever, why are you here?”’, Cecilia added
It was further reports that the female cleric in the video explained that the money requested of them will eventually be used for their benefits and not hers as those who didn’t donate were eating like pigs and carrying takeaways from the party.
The video clip has, however, sparked heated argument online, with many criticizing her outburst and questioning the state of modern-day churches, while stating that the woman will definitely ruin her husband ministry.
It was also reports that number of those who reacted after watching the video called on the husband, to be cautious, warning that the wife has no genuine interest but her interest was to be seen and addressed as Mummy G.O in the church
“This woman will ruin this man’s ministry. As a man of God, you are the one with the calling, not your wife. Knowing this will shape your ministry because I have seen a lot of men of God pushing their wives to be by force mummy G.O, when she has no interest. I don’t blame her. You see someone’s father, mother, sisters, brothers, uncles, and aunties sitting there foolishly, are the ones I blame’, a commentor said
It was reports that unconfirmed sources, however, said the video, went viral three years ago, and had just resurfaced on the internet, while as at the time of filing this report the church where the incident happened could not be ascertained
