Senator George Akume reportedly resigned as Secretary of Government of the Federation barely 24 hours after Ganduje resigned as APC national chairman.
According to reports, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reportedly approved the appointment of Ahjia Hadiza Bala Usman as the new Secretary of Government of the Federation.
She becomes the first woman to sit as SGF.
