Uπbelievable: Man Caught Selling Human Foetus As Beef

It was a shocked when a 19-year-old man has been arrested in Harare, Zimbabwe, after he allegedly tried to sell a human foetus, claiming it was beef.

The suspect, identified as Stelly Marecha, was caught in the Central Business District on Friday, July 4, following a tip-off about his suspicious movements.

According to the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP), Marecha reportedly picked the foetus from a bin near the intersection of Mbuya Nehanda and Albion Streets. It had been wrapped in a black plastic bag.

He then approached a 27-year-old man and attempted to sell the remains, insisting it was beef.

In a statement posted on their official X (formerly Twitter) handle, the ZRP said:
“Police in Harare arrested Stelly Marecha (19) in connection with a case of violating a corpse. The suspect allegedly picked a human foetus… and attempted to sell the remains… claiming it was beef.”

The bizarre incident has sparked concern among authorities, who have launched a full investigation to uncover the source of the foetus.

Police are also calling on members of the public to provide any information that may lead to the arrest of whoever dumped the remains.

Meanwhile, health and safety officials are urging citizens to avoid buying meat from unverified street vendors.
