Husband Kills Wife, Wraps Body In Bag And Dumps On Roadside
In a horrific incident, a body wrapped in a bag was found on Tuesday night here at SS colony under KPHB police station limits. The police shifted the body to a hospital for autopsy. The woman was identified as Sravanti.
Getting into details, Sravanti’s husband Sekhar hit her on the head and strangled her to death with a dupatta. Later, he stuffed the body in a bag and dumped it on roadside two days ago. The incident came to light on Tuesday night when the locals found a foul smell emanating from the bag that was found at an isolated place near the couple’s residence.
The police registered a case and launched an investigation. They said that the accused has confessed to killing his wife during the investigation. Further details are awaited
