    Angry Man Kills Grandfather, Uncle

    A middle-aged man, simply identified as Ahmed, has allegedly killed his grandfather and uncle in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

    It was reported that the incident occurred in Apete, a suburb of Ibadan, in Ido local government area of the state, around 6 pm on Sunday.

    Policemen from Apete Divisional Police Headquarters were alerted shortly after the incident.

    It was gathered that the victims reside in the same place with the suspect.

    Public Relations Officer of the state Police Command, Adewale Osifeso confirmed the incident.

    Osifeso in a short statement made available on Monday morning said that investigation had commenced on the matter.

    He said, “The command has indeed received the complaint of a male suspect who allegedly killed his grandfather and his uncle.

    “Investigation has commenced to unravel the circumstances behind the incident. Updates concerning the case would be provided accordingly, please”
