Information reaching Naija News House that Man Kills Wife, Son, Injures 6 Others
A mentally challenged man has been arrested by the police in Ebonyi state for hacking his wife, Mercy, and six-year-old son, Simpson, to death.
It was gathered that the man identified as Kenneth Nwoha commit the crime at Isiofumini village, Ishieke community area of the state on Wednesday, October 6.
An eyewitness account reveals that the suspect, Kenneth woke up in the morning and went berserk.
He killed his wife, son and then injured six other persons including a seven-year-old boy and a 60-year-old man.
The ugly development was confirmed in a statement by the spokesperson of the state police command, Loveth Odah.
“He is currently undergoing a medical check-up to ascertain whether he is actually mentally-deranged. The six victims who were critically attacked are receiving treatment at a hospital, while the remains of the slain have been deposited in a mortuary.”
