10,000 JOBS: Massive recruitment hits A’Ibom Edu. Ministry
The Government of Akwa ibom State has commenced the recruitment of ten thousands teachers across the state.
This was made available from the office of the Akwa Ibom Commissioner for Information and Strategy on Monday in Uyo.
This was signed by Rt. Hon. Ekaette Ebong Okon, The state Chairman of Secondary Education Board, said that application for the job will begin on the 18th of January 2021. In line with the times especially the need to avoid large gatherings in compliance with Coronavirus protocols, prospective applicants are asked to apply.
Recall that, Akwa ibom State Governor, Deacon Udom Emmanuel, sacked about 5,000 teachers employed by former Governor of Akwa ibom State, Senator Godswill Akpabio, now Minister of Niger Delta, thou the matter is still in court which 5,000 sacked teachers took it in legal way.
We are yet to confirm whether Akwa ibom State Governor, Deacon Udom Emmanuel will consider those 5,000 and restate them back.
