2021 Uganda Election: US requests review of results
On Sunday, The United States ( US) required a review of Thursday 14 January, 2021 presidential and parliamentary election, refering to “trustworthy reports” of pre- election savagery and election inconsistencies.
On Saturday, Uganda Electoral Commission (EC) announced President Yoweri Museveni, who was the banner carrier of the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM), victor with 58.6 percent of legitimate votes cast for six terms
