VIDEO: Portable Sends Message To Tinubu, Says “Your Aides Don Rip Me”
Nigerian street musician, Portable has dragged the organizers of Tinubu’s pre-inauguration concert in a recently shared post.
Recall celebrities in the entertainment industry on Thursday night stormed the concert of the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the MKO Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
Fireboy, Asake, Timaya, Zinoleesky, and about 42 other artistes performed at the event tagged the ‘Renewed Hope Concert’.
Bitterly disappointed about the turn of event, Portable at first claimed he was not invited to perform at the event. He then added that when his manager was called, he was told 10million Naira was being awarded but he would get only 5million Naira.
The Singer revealed that is why he didn’t perform because he bluntly refused, blocked and deleted their contact for trying to ‘rip’ a superstar like him. He blamed the middlemen Tinubu appointed for trying to cheat him.
Portable added that when many were against Tinubu being president, he dropped songs to promote him because of his absolute belief in him. Portable who shared a video of him ranting wrote:
“ZAzuu Them Dôn Rip Me oooh
Na Me Sing Akoi TINUBU
Eja Loni Ibu & Give What Belongs To ZAZUU To ZAZUU
Many people go again Him Online But I Stand Now With One Mind With One Mind No Love in the city belongs to where you belongs to Nigeria My Country Akoi Fake Love IKA TALK IKA UNDERSTAND O.”
