‘Effect Of 40yrs Old Whiskey’ – Ex-Jonathan Aide ‘Mocks’ Wike Over Wrong Suit
Renowned journalist and former Director of Strategy and Communications under former President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration , Jackson Ude, has thrown a jibe at former Rivers Governor, Nyesom Wike, over his appearance during a visit to President Bola Tinubu on Thursday.
Naija News House reports that Wike was seen in a wrongly buttoned suit while posing for a picture with Tinubu alongside his G5 political allies.
Reacting to the picture which is now making round on social media, Ude in a tweet on his verified Twitter handle, described it as the effect of 40 years old whiskey.
“This is what happens when a 40yrs old whiskey has become your bl**d. You are so dr*nk you don’t even know how to button your suit,” Ude tweeted.

Recall that Wike had in March mocked presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in February 25th election, Atiku Abubakar, for storming Abuja streets to protest over the outcome of the poll.
Atiku and Iyorchia Ayu, then national chairman of the PDP, led other leaders of the party to protest alleged irregularities that marred the conduct of the presidential election.
The country’s main opposition party had asked that results collated from the exercise be cancelled and elections be redone in areas that had problems.
But Wike lashed out at the action of his party members, referring to them as a “students’ union” chanting “aluta continua”.
“As they were protesting, I just sat down and I took one 40-year-old whiskey. I called some of my friends ‘o boy, sit down. Make una sit down open 40 years.
“Then I put on television, see as dem dey do marching (Mimics). They have become labour union, they have become students union ‘all we are saying…’ chai. You are saying what? What are you saying?
“That you have taken over the role of students’ union, aluta continua. That is what the party has become, aluta continua, “, the outspoken ex-Rivers governor was quoted to have said.
