In a bid to bring speedy development to the good people of Uruan Local Government Area, today, I flagged off the grading and opening of internal roads that will cut across the 13 wards in Uruan Local Government Area, Akwa ibom state
It is my belief that the opening up of internal roads and grading of the existing ones will enable investors to come in and take good advantage of the numerous opportunities and also help boost the economic activities for Uruan industrious sons and daughters.
As a Local Government, we will grade roads that will cover about 100 kilometers. It is in our plans to ensure that all roads in Uruan Local Government Area covering the four clans are graded.
I thank the governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel, for what he has done thus far for Uruan Local Government Area.
I am assuring the good people of Uruan that this grading and opening of roads will be a continuous process in Uruan LGA.
I enjoin all Uruan Sons and daughters to cooperate with those in charge of the grading and also support this government, so that this government can do more.
