BREAKING : Terrorists Release Distressing Video Of Another Abducted Traditional Ruler
In a disturbing turn of events, bandits terrorizing various parts of Nigeria have released a video featuring the abducted traditional ruler of Kwaji in Taraba State, pleading for his life and that of 21 others held captive.
The video, which surfaced on social media on Saturday, shows the monarch, Sarkin Kwaji, speaking in Hausa, urgently appealing for government intervention.
The traditional ruler warned that their lives are in grave danger unless immediate action is taken by either the Federal Government or the Taraba State Government.
Posted by security analyst and counter-insurgency expert Zagazola Makama, the video depicts a grim scene.
The Sarkin Kwaji, surrounded by his captors, implores authorities to act swiftly to secure their release, emphasizing the dire circumstances they face.
The footage also shows other kidnapped victims, some blindfolded, being watched over by heavily armed bandits.
This abduction has ignited widespread concern and outrage, particularly as it comes shortly after a similar incident in Sokoto State.
In that case, the District Head of Gatawa in Sabon Birni Local Government Area, Isa Bawa, was also seen in a distressing video, pleading for help while held captive by bandits. Tragically, he was reportedly killed just days later after failing to meet the kidnappers’ demands.
As of the time of this report, relevant authorities have yet to respond to the release of the latest footage.
