Economic Hardship: In Times Like This; Pastor Udofia Sends Stroπg Warπing To World Leaders
Topic: In times like this, we need the Masters Touch.

Text: Mathew 17:14-21.
Beloved, there are situations and conditions in life that can be handled by the master but bigger than servants to handle. Such situations is the present pandemic that we and the world is going through now.
This problem is beyond human wisdom, a nation’s resources, it is beyond a leaders knowledge and also beyond the church leaders, pastors and prophets. This is a problem for the mater you handle; in the case study from where we just read ; Matthew 17:14-21.
When Jesus returned from the mount of transfiguration, a case of demon was brought before Him. This same case was brought before the disciples but could not handle it, but when the case met with Jesus, it became no case because master and servant can never be the same.
In our lives today, present condition of our lives today, we have seen that the problem that we are having is more than the knowledge and power of our leaders: church leaders, and world leaders. Therefore, we need the masters hand which is Jesus Christ to have a touch in the matter so that we can have peace.
You can agree with me that a child was brought before the disciples to have Him cured, they did the binding, casting and also prayed and nothing was done. But when they brought the child before Jesus, He casted the demon out and one of the disciples went and asked what was the cause? If you look at that same bible verse but verse 20 of it; He simply said because is the unbelief, and that if we have faith like a mustard seed, we can say to this mountain “be this removed to yonder and it will be done”. In other words, He was talking about no faith in Christ Jesus; that people today are trying to rely on their wisdom, intelligence, that they do not have faith in God any longer.
The very reason we must do away with pride, our beloved, religion, position, and human knowledge and to call in the Master Jesus for total cleansing and healing so that the world would not be living under fear but peace according to the book of 2Chronicles 7:14-13-14; which says “if I send pestilence and trouble to the earth and if my people that call by my name shall humble themselves and seek my face and pray, I will hear them from heaven and will heal their land.
We have to do away with traditions, customs, positions, for whatever position we find ourselves in is of the Lord. He just shared His little grace upon us so that we can serve Him in every area of our lives. But yet, the pride will not allow us to humble ourselves and call for the master to touch. Jesus is the master that the whole world must humble themselves and bring Him in so that this situation we find ourselves in now will go down.
Rather the world is living under fear now because of what we are facing whereas we have someone that can put and end to it. And remember that we are looking at the masters hand to touch.
There was this case study also that has to do with a great man called Elisha and the Shunammite woman in 2kings 4:13-37. It has to do with the son of the woman. It got to the time that he was very sick and died. And the mother has to locate Elisha; and Elisha sent his servant to go and restore the young man. Of the truth, Elisha handed the authority to his servant. He went ahead to restore the young man but could not. Which led me to say that the hand of the master and that of the servant can never be the same. But the woman then went back to her dead son with Elisha; Elisha sent every one out of the room because the masters touch can not be compared to the servants touch. The servant tried but could not bring back the life of that child. That was the masters touch.
Today, Jesus is our master. If everyone today can return back to the master; His touch can bring peace to our life, nation, workplace and marriage. But today, we are relying on our intelligence and position unknowing that the master is still in control. We look another case study in the life of Elisha and the sons of the prophet in 2kings 6:1-7; The son of the prophet said unto Elisha; Behold now, the place we dwell in is too strait for us let us go, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a place there. And they pleaded with him to go with him; when they with him, the Bible declared that the axe fell into the sea, and he asked where was the place? Because the man said we borrowed the axe; and by research, we were made to understand that the young man that beckon on Elisha to go with them, was the one that the axe fell from his hand and said that it was borrowed.
And because they beckon on the master to go with them, Elisha then cut a stick and put it into the place and the axe then float back; and he told them to take it and return it back to the owner.
Today, where do we place our master, where is our position with our master which is Jesus, where do we keep Jesus, what is the value we place on our master Jesus, why don’t we allow our pride to allow our position, not cause us to abandon our master?
In a problem now, there are situations in the world that only the master alone can solve it for us. Are you lonely and struggling to make it in life? Call in the master because he is the only hand that can turn things around. Even scientists, world leaders are into confusion now. We now need to humble ourselves; even the whole world cannot be humbled. If our nation can come into humility and call on the master to touch us now, these situations will become stories.
In conclusion, I plead with everyone to return back to the master. In His touch, it can never be like the servants; we are all servants in different dimensions. The Lord sent us into this world to serve Him in different capacities until we humble back to the Lord. He shared His little grace but we must return His glory back to Him rather we are using it to make mockery of one another, to suppress others, or to cheat on others, but the master is still waiting. The moment we return unto Him, He will be there to give solutions to every mankind.
I plead with everyone to go home and humble themselves for the master to operate in their lives believing that when the master comes into your life, your life will never remain the same. Let us kill the spirit of pride in our lives and bring Jesus into our lives; for a touch of Jesus will turn things around.
