Senator Bassey At The Plenary Of Ecowas Parliament

Senator Aniekan Bassey of the Akwa Ibom North-East Senatorial District attended plenary session of the Sixth Legislature of the Parliament of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

The Session, which was presided over by the Deputy Senate President, Senator Barau Jibrin, had lawmakers from Nigeria, Benin Republic, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, Cote D’ Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Senegal and Sierra Leone.

Senator Bassey is the Deputy Chairman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture Production Services and Rural Development.
