Nigerian media firms, Naija News House and Ibom Focus has extended warm greetings and felicitations to all Muslims in Nigeria and around the world on the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.
Dominic Edem Aka Dee, The Chairman of the two media firms in a statement on Tuesday night said Eid-el-Kabir, also known as the Festival of Sacrifice, is a significant celebration in the Islamic calendar.
“This day reminds us of the importance of selflessness, sacrifice, and unwavering faith in our lives,” he said
According to the statement, Dee acknowledged the profound spiritual significance of this occasion and recognizes the immense contributions of the Muslim community in promoting peace, unity, and progress in Nigeria
Dee while commending the resilience and steadfastness of the Muslim faithful, especially during these challenging times, urged Muslims in Nigeria to deepen their commitment to the principles of peace, unity, and harmonious coexistence.
He emphasized the need for religious tolerance, understanding, and respect for one another’s beliefs, just as he encouraged Muslims to use the festive occasion to foster stronger bonds of friendship, love, and compassion within their families, communities, and the entire state.
