Surv. Iniobong Ekpeyong on the occasion of his 100 days in office as a council Boss.
DEE who described Ekpeyong as a project master said, “Ekpeyong has made him and the entire Uruan’s people to be happy with his developmental stride.
In his words released by the spokeman of the organization sent to Newsmen in Abuja on Sunday evening, he said: “I’m not surprised or doubt the credibility of Ekpeyong in anywhere because I know him, I know what he can do, I remember when he was a student leader at the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom state what he does.
Look at just three months in office, see what he has done, massive classroom building, rehabilitation of roads, Empowerment, painting of the Secretariat entrance and gate, grading of roads in South south and northern Uruan. Restoration of electricity in about 10 villages in Uruan, Fixing of bulbs and fans in all offices within the council Secretariat, Restoration of stolen armoured cable that supplies electricity in the council, Organising of seminar to the 7th legislative council in Uruan LGA., Giving assistance and aids to Uruan sons who are in dire need, Through his wife, Uruan women have come together to pray for unity and progress of the LGA., His wife has given free medical gifts to pregnant women and vulnerable children through her office, mention but a few. What a wonderful chairman Uruan people has been blessed with”
“In 2019, Ekpeyong won the overall best Surveyor Award in Nigeria, out of more than 700 candidates that took the exam, over 300 passed, Sir I’m happy to have you, Uruan people are happy, Akwa Ibom are happy”.
