United have secured ucl spot with 70 points, they only need 3 points from the remaining 2 games to secure no. 2 spot. The remaining games: Fulham (H) and Wolves (A)
Leicester City are currently third on the log with 66 points. Their remaining 2 games are: Chelsea (A) and Spurs (H).
Chelsea currently sit on no. 4 with 64 points. The remaining games: Leicester (H) and Aston Villa (A)
Liverpool on the 5th position with 60 points, have 3 games left to play. Westbrom (A), Burnley (A) and Crystal Palace (H)
Westham have 59 points, sit on no. 6 spot and will play Westbrom(A) and Southampton (H)
Their respective chances of making Top 4.
Let’s assume the 3 of Leicester, Chelsea and Liverpool win all their remaining games (Don’t forget Leicester and Chelsea will face each other).
Therefore, Liverpool will have 69 points, and if Leicester beat Chelsea and the remaining game, they will have 72 points. The table will look like this:

If Chelsea beat Leicester and win the last game, they will have 70 points and the table will look like this:

Race For Top 4 In EPL
If Leicester and Chelsea end in draw and the 2 win their remaining games respectively, Leicester will have 70 points and Chelsea will have 68 points.
This means Leicester will secure UCL spot and Chelsea will have to depend on Liverpool games.

Can Liverpool win all their remaining 3 games?
Westham chances are very slim because winning their 2 games will give them 65 points and I don’t think it is possible for Chelsea and Liverpool to lose all their remaining games.
So if not official, Westham are out of UCL race.
The answer to all these will be revealed on the 23rd of May when the league will come to an end.
