French Crisis: Charly Boy Deletes Explosive Tweet Calling Tinubu’s Government ‘Criminal Enterprise’, Re-Edits It After Backlashes
Nigerian activist and singer, Charles Oputa, aka Charly Boy, has come under fire after deleting a tweet where he commented on the unrest in France and asked Nigerian youths to reject the same oppressive system and “criminal enterprise” under President Bola Tinubu.
Charly Boy later deleted the tweet but was forced to re-dit and repost same after removing “criminal enterprise” due to backlashes from some Nigerians who called him a hypocrite.
He had earlier posted that Nigerians should “bring down a criminal enterprise” while referring to the Bola Tinubu’s administration.
But his reedited post later read, “This isn’t Syria, Iraq or Afghanistan. This is France where 9% of the population has brought down entire cities! Karma from Africa? Am waiting on the exceptional Nigerian Youths to reject a system that let dem down. Una destiny dey una hand.”

Lol, coming from a man that took bribe from a political party while his friend was in jail for activism. God will bless Nigeria, and Nigeria will be great not burnt down.
