Newly Married Bride Killed By Her Husband For Rituals 3 Months After Their Wedding
According to reports a man identified as Nnanna Emeka in the Ugbele Mgbidi area of Imo State is currently on the run after he allegedly killed his 4-month-old pregnant wife for a ritual purpose.
According to reports, the unfortunate incident happened last week, Saturday, July 3, 2021, just 3 months after the couple reportedly got married.

Emeka who is currently on the run was said to have planned to take the corpse of her wife to the venue of the ritual after murdering his pregnant wife at their residence.
More information gathered revealed that prior to the day of the incident, the late wife had confided in a friend that she was inconvenient about the attitude currently being displayed by her husband.

So, due to her suspicions, the wife refused to go out on a date with the husband who had insisted on several occasions that they should go out.
“He wanted to go on a date with his wife and then, probably, take her to somewhere and kill her. He would have come back to cook up stories to cover his track. But unfortunately for him, the wife refused to go out with him.” A source revealed.

So in a way to actualise his intentions, the suspect killed his wife by hitting her with a rod in the head, but while trying to transport her corpse to the venue of the rituals, he was challenged by neighbors and reportedly took to his heels immediately during the confrontation.
