Ronaldinho And Over 800,000 Others Applaud A Nigerian Footballer As The Best
Ronaldinho and over 800,000 others applaud a Nigerian footballer as the best, it has been reported that Ronaldinho rated a Nigerian footballer Jay Jay Okocha as the best skills player in the world.
See his comment:
Ronaldinho : “Jay Jay Okocha, woow !! that man made football to listen to him.
At Training we would watch him doing a freestyle, whatever he wanted the ball to do, the ball would do it.
But his problem is that he was too keen to move to England. I didn’t like the decision, at least in Italy or Spain, there, they allow you to play your skilled football without interfering with your play .
In La liga or Serie A He would definitely get a chance to play for a big team, because they love skilled players over there.
In England you stand no chance of playing for a big team if you’re that skilled. They think it is not necessary. ”

I am impressed by his understanding of the English league. And of course he was correct. I think Jay Jay would have done much better in Italy and Spain.
Chidi:
He is absolutely correct, the fact that he went to England help ruin his career, I once told a friend that if jayjay had gone to Spain or Italy he would have probably made top three in the balloon Dior
Uchechukwu:
Jay jay okocha is the best footballer i have ever seen, even with his entertainment in football he is till the best, okocha made Nigeria proud even when they lost their games because of the fear of okocha to other teams, since okocha retired Nigeria have not seen another person like him, even though he didn’t win any award or played in a big club, he is popular and trends than other footballs. MUCH RESPECT FOR OKOCHA
James:
The tragedy is that the statement is probably true. I’m struggling to think of a really skilful player dominating in England over the last ten years.
Osondu:
Jay Jay Okocha the great African talisman of soccer.A dribbling wizard who reduced Brian and Michael Ludrup of Denmark to mere mediocres though Nigeria lost the game.
Richard:
Some of the most talented young players in the Europe are now coming out of England: Sancho & Bellingham at Dortmund, Mount at Chelsea and Foden at Man City. English players have historically, never been the most technical but times are changing.
Sikiru;
Honestly, I agree with Ronaldinho. Okocha shouldn’t have gone to Bolton when he did. He had opportunity tomove to sign for a big club in Spain or Italy. He had a big reputation then.
Ronaldinho wasn’t as popular or as prominent as him that time. Yet, the Brazilian made the right decision to move to Barcelona and went on to win 2 world best awards.
Okocha could have made more money and won awards if he had signed for a big Italian or Spanish team. I am sure he is today regretting the lost opportunity.
Dan:
When Manchester United signed C.Ronaldo from Sporting Lisbon he was so talented skillful and a great dribbler, but he was told goals are more important than dribbling. Just go watch the Young CR7 you will agree with me.
Paul:
Jay Jay was once a super sound football player who couldn’t get to the peak because of being limited to one sided region. He actually possess the required skills to achieve the maximum.
Notwithstanding,he was known as an extraordinary football player in the world.
