Information reaching Naija News House says that there is serious Tension In Anambra As Gunmen Kill 4 Policemen
Anxiety heightened on Thursday in Anambra State as gunmen opened fire on men of the Mobile 16 Police Force, killing no fewer than four policemen in the process.
Mobile 16 Police Force is located at Oraifite community, in Ekwusigo Local Government Area of the state.
The hoodlums reportedly made away with the dead officers’ weapons.

The incident which reportedly occurred in the early hours of Thursday, has increased the anxiety among security personnel on election duty and residents of the state.
Our correspondent could not confirm the actual number of casualties in the attack.
A gorry picture sighted by our correspondent in Awka, the sate capital, however, indicated that no fewer than four operatives were gunned down in the attack.
A source close to the area who spoke on condition of annonymit, lsaid that both the dead and injured were taken to a nearby hospital in the area.
When contacted on phone, the Zone 13 Public Relations Officer, DSP Nkeiruka Nwude, who is in charge of election matter, refered our correspondent to the Force PRO, CP Frank Mba, who’s phone was switched off when contacted for confirmation on the attack
