Information reaching Naija News House says that Thief Burnt Alive By Angry Residents
A man on Sunday afternoon accused of stealing food items from an apartment has been burnt to death.
The suspect, believed to be in his early 20s, was severely beaten at Ebong Essien Street, Uyo, Akwa Ibom state.
He was accused of repeatedly stealing from local residents and businesses and even fighting with some.
Some locals called for him to be handed over to police that reportedly declined to take him to the station.
