APC Hails Tinubu, Wike On Commissioning Of Court Of Appeal Complex, Justices’ Residential Quarters And Other Judicial Infrastructure Projects

The All Progressives Congress (APC) congratulates His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and the Honourable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barr. Nyesom Wike, CON, on the successful commissioning of the newly completed Court of Appeal Complex with state of the art amenities, and the 20 unit residential quarters for Court of Appeal Justices and Federal High Court Judges, and the upcoming commissioning of 20 unit residential quarters for Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Judges in Abuja.

In the same vein, our great Party celebrates the ground breaking ceremony by President Tinubu’s administration, led by the Hon. Minister Wike, for the construction of residential quarters for Judges of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria and the Code of Conduct Tribunal billed to be delivered in January 2027, alongside other interventions designed to scale up facilities and capacity in the justice sector to meet the standards of expectation of the 21st Century.

The delivery of these critical and massive judicial infrastructure projects reflects the President Tinubu’s iron-clad commitment to strengthening democratic institutions, promoting the rule of law, upholding the independence of the judiciary, and guaranteeing the dignity and welfare of judicial officers.

The APC recognises that the provision of world-class court facilities and quality accommodation for judicial officers represents a strategic investment in the administration of justice, and consolidation of democratic governance. By improving the working and living conditions of judicial officers, the administration is promoting judicial efficiency while reinforcing public confidence in our justice system.

We extend our profound commendation to Hon. Minister Wike for his unalloyed commitment, leadership, effective and timely execution of these projects in realization of President Tinubu’s broader vision of institutional reform, infrastructure development, and national progress.

On the occasion of the third year anniversary of President Tinubu’s administration, this massive boost to judicial infrastructure in the FCT stands as a categorical restatement that effective justice delivery, respect for the rule of law and fostering a vibrant democratic culture remain central to Nigeria’s development and prosperity.
