WATCH: Manager Sets Employer’s House On Fire With One-year-old Child Inside

It was a thing of tears as a shocking and tragic incident has emerged online, as a domestic worker allegedly set fire to her employer’s home, leaving behind a one-year-old child inside the burning building.

The disturbing case, which is gaining attention across social media platforms, involves a young house help accused of intentionally setting her boss’s house ablaze. According to reports, the infant was left in the house during the fire, raising concerns about the safety and trust placed in domestic workers.

In the video shared online, the househelp is seen sobbing while being questioned in Hausa.

Social media users have reacted strongly to the news. One Instagram user, @khadiijaas_, shared a chilling personal experience with the same girl, calling her a “gaslighter” and “manipulator,” and alleging a pattern of troubling behavior. “God saved me when she worked for me,” she wrote. “I was tired of all her stealing and what not. Ashe I wasn’t supposed to be her victim.”

The user also claimed that the girl’s mother enables her behavior. “Her mum also supports whatever wrong she does,” she added, expressing full support for any legal consequences the house help may face.

Details about the condition of the child or the extent of the damage have not yet been confirmed.
