Southeast Students: IPOB Sends Strong Warning To School Principals Over Independence Day Celebrations
The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has warned school principals in the Southeast against mobilizing their students for the October 1st Independence Day celebration.
IPOB’s spokesman, Emma Powerful, warned that school principals who mobilize their students for the October 1st celebration would have themselves to blame.
In a statement, Powerful urged market men and women to go about their businesses without celebrating Nigeria’s Independence Day.
He stressed that Biafra’s independence would soon be achieved and would be celebrated across the Southeast.
According to Powerful: “No school principal or head should not mobilize Biafran children to celebrate the evil Nigeria Independence on October 1st, or they will have themselves to blame.
“Every Biafran is expected to stay at home and refresh him or herself or go about their daily business on October 1st, 2023. No Nigeria flags are allowed to fly in Biafra territory. If you want to go to the market or business on October 1st, you are free to go without molestation as long as it has nothing to do with the Nigeria Independence celebration.
“IPOB is a child of necessity for the birth of Biafra, and nothing will stop us from pursuing Biafra Independence via a referendum and diplomatic engagements. Biafra exit from Nigeria is a struggle for survival, and every Biafran must throw his and her weight behind this project.
“Our own Biafra Independence is fast approaching, and nobody can stop it. Every Biafran and lover of Biafrans globally will witness it and celebrate with us.”
