    NASS To Reconvene Plenary Session On February 17

    The Clerk to the National Assembly, Kamoru Ogunlana, Esq., has announced that the Senate and the House of Representatives will reconvene plenary sessions at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 17th February 2026.
    All Distinguished Senators and Honourable Members are hereby notified and advised to take note of the resumption date and time. Lawmakers are urged to reschedule their engagements accordingly to ensure full attendance, as both Chambers are expected to deliberate and take crucial decisions during the session.
    The Office of the Clerk emphasized the importance of members’ presence, noting that significant legislative matters will be addressed upon resumption.
