Pastor Arrested Over Toyota Camry Theft in Abuja
A pastor identified as Edwin Nwabueze has been arrested by the FCT Police Command for allegedly stealing a Toyota Camry at UTC Plaza, Garki District, Abuja.
Nwabueze was arrested alongside his alleged accomplice, Sadiq Jamiu, following police investigations into the vehicle theft.
The police spokesperson, Josephine Adeh, who announced the arrests in a statement on Friday, said Nwabueze identified himself as a pastor of Salvation Power Bible Ministry in the North Bank area of Benue State.

She explained that the suspect, an indigene of Oji River, Enugu State, who resides in Benue, was apprehended on Tuesday and subsequently led operatives to another location, where Jamiu was arrested.
The police also revealed that investigations had linked Nwabueze to previous vehicle theft-related arrests in Benue State.
According to the command, both suspects were allegedly members of an interstate car theft syndicate specialising in stealing and selling vehicles across several states.
The police added that efforts were underway to identify and apprehend other members of the criminal network who are currently on the run.
Investigations into the case are ongoing.
